At Art by XRDH we aim to have all works shipped and delivered with in 7-10 business days for all UK regions, for all items that are delivered within this time frame are shipped free of charge.

Return & Exchange Policy
For all products sold by Art by XRDH we are unable to offer refunds. For this reason we ask that customers are 100% certain that piece is fit for purpose and confident in investing into the art pieces, as all sales are final.

Each piece has been hand-crafted which is why we are proud that each piece is a one of a kind, whether this is through our trade and wholesale range, commission or our general ranges, no two piece is the same. Because of this we are unable to offer exchanges with any of our products. ​

In the unlikely event that art ordered have been damaged during during shipping please get in contact within the 14 business days after the item has been received, being sure to include images displaying the damage and we will see what we can do to fix this issue.
